How do I get started with ZVT?

Our process for getting started is simple, efficient, and convenient. You can find our online referral form here. Once we receive your form someone from our team will contact you to schedule an intake. You may also call or email us for more information.

How much does therapy cost? Will my insurance pay for it?

The cost of therapy can depend on several different factors. We accept most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare (please contact our office to ask if we currently have a Medicare waitlist). Many insurance plans cover therapy, but coverage can vary. It’s important to check with your insurance provider to understand your benefits, copays, and any limits on the number of sessions. We also offer a sliding scale for those who will be paying for therapy services out of pocket.

How much work will I have to miss to attend sessions?

We offer either in-person or telehealth sessions, or you can choose a combination of the two. You may choose to schedule a virtual session during your lunch hour or your baby's naptime and avoid having to travel through traffic, or you may choose to take some time away from the office for a bit one afternoon every week to take care of yourself. Whatever suits your needs best.

Do I have to do relationship therapy if I'm having trouble in my relationship?

Not necessarily. Our mental health services include individual, family, relationship, and group therapy, and we offer a few additional services as well, to meet your holistic health needs. We can accommodate a wide range of needs through any one or a combination of approaches. It's best to schedule an intake with one of our therapists to discuss what might be best suited for you.
